It worked wonders on my little girls bum! Often times she breaks out with a rashy bottom after eating certain foods, this cleared it right up. Easy to apply. It's lightweight in consistency. I really, really like how it has no color. Seriously, it's the best! Of course I always wash my hands after a diaper change, but using other products it would never fail, I'd end up with that white paste somewhere on my clothing!
